Coslab is a private label cosmetic manufacturer with 35 years in the industry, producing colour cosmetics, body and bath, baby care, fragrance, and pet care ranges for long-standing retail partners. We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our in-house Quality function.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Quality team. Ensure adherence to ISO 22716 and other certification standards.
Manage internal and client audits.
Drive continuous improvement across production.
Maintain product and process quality in line with regulatory and client requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Designation: Quality Manager. Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / relevant technical or scientific qualification.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in quality, ideally in a managerial capacity with proven team leadership.
ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP) audit experience. SEDEX, RSPO, or Halaal audit exposure.
Strong understanding of quality parameters and quality checking within cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing.
5S and continuous improvement practices. Experience managing a quality team, including quality controllers and lab-based staff.
Prior experience in cosmetics, personal care, or related FMCG manufacturing is essential.
The Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable working closely with production, lab development, and client-facing teams on formulation and regulatory requirements.
Proven team leadership with the ability to develop quality controllers and lab-based staff.
Driven by continuous improvement and high standards across the manufacturing process.
