Coslab is a private label cosmetic manufacturer with 35 years in the industry, producing colour cosmetics, body and bath, baby care, fragrance, and pet care ranges for long-standing retail partners. We're looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Officer to run our in-house Quality function day to day, working closely with our small Quality Control team.
Key Responsibilities:
Run the day-to-day quality assurance function, hands-on across the production floor.
Ensure adherence to ISO 22716 and other certification standards.
Manage internal and client audits.
Work closely with our small Quality Control team to maintain product and process quality in line with regulatory and client requirements.
Drive continuous improvement across production.
Minimum Requirements:
Designation: Quality Assurance Officer. Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / relevant technical or scientific qualification.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in quality, hands-on and comfortable running the day-to-day quality function yourself.
ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP) audit experience. SEDEX, RSPO, or Halaal audit exposure.
Strong understanding of quality parameters and quality checking within cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing.
5S and continuous improvement practices. Comfortable working closely within a small quality team, including quality controllers and lab-based staff.
Prior experience in cosmetics, personal care, or related FMCG manufacturing is essential.

Comfortable working closely with production, lab development, and client-facing teams on formulation and regulatory requirements.
Proven team leadership with the ability to develop quality controllers and lab-based staff.
Driven by continuous improvement and high standards across the manufacturing process.
