Location:
We are looking for a Shop Sales Assistant to join our cosmetics manufacturing team's factory shop. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone who is friendly, organised and detail-oriented. You will play a key role in keeping the store fully stocked and well-presented, delivering excellent customer service, and managing our online orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Selling, restocking and merchandising
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Conducting weekly stock takes
Assisting with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
Managing online orders
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) is essential
Must reside in or be able to reliably commute to the Diep River area
Proven working experience in sales
Proficiency in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus
Basic administration skills
Available to work Monday to Saturday
